I think this is true, but in a ‘duh’ kind of way. And hasn't this transition kind of already happened?

Remember when being tethered to a device was a sign of importance. That wasn't so long ago. And now Uber drivers, Dashers and the like DEPEND on their device for a living. Literally. Who can “disconnect”?
